Advantages and disadvantages of sleeping
Sleep is something important for every living being, and we have to be aware of the problems that we could have if we don't take proper sleep. Besides, even though everyone loves sleeping, most don't get enough sleep at the right times, and that may cause a lot of problems like anxiety or depression.
The issues that come with the lack of sleep are poor cognitive functions, difficulty focusing, irritability and mood swings, lack of empathy and memory loss, and so more, and those are just in short term, because ACV, heart attacks, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and depression are the worst issues that you could get if you don't take care of your self.
On the other hand, the benefits of getting proper sleep are that you can boost your immune system because your cells and proteins rest the time that they need to fight off whatever comes their way; prevent gain weight, this doesn't mean that you are going to lose weight but it can help your body from packing on the pounds; and finally one of the most important benefits is better mood because it would be like if you "get up on the right side of the bed" because being rested helps your energy levels soar. In conclusion, we can see that there are bad things that come when you don't sleep well, so it is important to be aware of this trouble and take action in this situation.
