how disable applications that start by themselves when turning on the computer

It is very common for some computers to have some applications activated when turning on the device, since when installing these applications they do not ask you and they are configured automatically to initialize themselves.

This may cause your device to take longer to turn on or start up the speed of the device is less than usual, this depends on the power of your device, if you have a device with low specifications or it is not a device made for endure many tasks at the same time and the execution of several programs, or you get to notice a lower performance when turning on your device then this tutorial is for you.

The first thing you have to do is go to the window symbol on your computer and write the following text in the magnifying glass icon: "task manager" followed by clicking on this result of your search and it will take you to a section where you can see the performance and consumption of each application on your device.

followed by this, on the same page you will see some sections at the top

here you will click on the one that says "start"

Once here we can see that each application comes out and each one tells us how demanding it is for our device to start when it starts, and if it's enabled when it is turned on or not.

To finish we just have to go to the applications that we do not want to start by itself, press the right click and disable.

It is advisable to only leave system applications as startup as this allows our device to turn on faster and reach its best speed and performance shortly after turning on.

  1. Thanks for the info, I will try it, because I hate it when the Skype application opens by itself.
