 RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 REVIEW

Red dead redemption 2 is one of the best I´ve ever played (in my opinion) so i will review it and see the good things and bad things and bad things because not all is perfect unfortunately and see what the game is about. 
I will split this blog in two parts the gameplay and the story.

GAMEPLAY

We have the gameplay, the mission structure of this game has been criticized to no avail, people claiming its outdated. Claiming its formulaic claiming its boring because a lot of missions have the same structure as ride somewhere, shoot some people, ride back. this formula isn’t for everyone but there are different missions with other formula. 

But the gameplay has interesting aspects because there are funny mechanics like the gunplay, hunting, camping, etc.

Now I will talk about the open world, this part is very curious because there are a lot of Easter eggs in first place what is a easter egg? easter egg is a hidden message or feature in a video game, film, comic book, etc. that is not necessary or related to the main content, but adds to the entertainment.

Red dead redemption has a lot of easter eggs for example references from other games like grand theft auto.

STORY

I think the story is one of the best aspects in the game because is beautiful how the story develops in the game.

The story talks about our main protagonist Arthur Morgan and his fate with his gang because when he was a child, he was alone, but one man adopts him as a son and the name of that man was Dutch, so the years passed, and they created an outlaw´s gang.

red dead redemption 2 entire plot is centered around deterioration around things falling from a once majestic point this deterioration are the ideals of the old west slowly being replaced with the high -brow enlightened thinking of the civilization but it can be seen in so many other places throughout the game with the relationship of the gang. we have another word Enlightened is having or showing a rational, modern, and well-informed outlook.

This game has one of the best antagonists ever created. The antagonist of this game is Dutch Van Der Linde as the game progresses Dutch shows his true colors, he let his selfishness and malevolence shine through the story.

In the game Arthur got tuberculosis for hit a sick man to the dead so he tried to get a redemption because he was a bad guy in the past.

So that’s why the game have that name.
